Job Summary

We are currently seeking highly motivated and skill plant laborers to join our wonderful team. Our plant laborer position come in many craft ranging from fire watch, helpers, plant technician, and general laborers . The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position

Skills/Abilities

Must be organized and be able to follow instructions
Must be detail oriented in order to spot potentially dangerous conditions
Must have good math skills for calculating measurements
Able to read and interpret prints and plans
Must utilize ALL proper PPE required including hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, Fire Retardant Clothing , ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, harness , safety vests, gloves and steel-toe boots
Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations including knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
Ability to work in extreme temperatures ranging from very cold to very hot
Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to perform work outdoors, requiring continuous physical activity
Ability to work elevated heights and be able to climb up and down ladders
Must be able to work at heights without fear
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and squat for extended periods of time
Must possess good hearing and vision and be able to work in the most noisiest and dirtiest area

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED Equivalent

Three years or more experience in a plant
